  • Uncommenced Services: If your requested service has not yet been started, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partially Fulfilled Orders: If only a portion of your order has been completed (e.g., mentorship session delivered but business registration pending), you may qualify for a partial refund for the unfulfilled portion.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already commenced, including mentorship sessions, LLC/PTY LTD registration, EIN applications, business consultations, or document processing.

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed.

  • Any government fees, third-party service fees, or transaction costs (e.g., state filing, ASIC charges, EIN filing, domain purchases) already incurred on your behalf.


3. Administrative Deductions

Seller Success Hub reserves the right to deduct administrative and processing fees from any approved refund. These fees account for:

  • Time and resources already allocated to your order.

  • Payment gateway charges or currency conversion fees.

  • Communication, setup, or preliminary service work initiated.


4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  • Include the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Order number or service reference

    • Detailed reason for your refund request

Each request will be reviewed individually. You can expect a response within 10 business days of submission.


5. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may be denied if:

  • You do not provide essential documentation or verification required to initiate or complete your requested service.

  • The refund claim is based on decisions by external parties (e.g., government rejections, bank refusals, or payment processor delays).

  • You violate the terms in our Terms & Conditions or [Service Agreement].


6. Finality of Refund Decisions

All refund decisions made by Seller Success Hub are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund Policy and the authority of the company’s final decision.
