Services that have been fully delivered or completed.
Any government fees, third-party service fees, or transaction costs (e.g., state filing, ASIC charges, EIN filing, domain purchases) already incurred on your behalf.
3. Administrative Deductions
Seller Success Hub reserves the right to deduct administrative and processing fees from any approved refund. These fees account for:
Time and resources already allocated to your order.
Payment gateway charges or currency conversion fees.
Communication, setup, or preliminary service work initiated.

The refund claim is based on decisions by external parties (e.g., government rejections, bank refusals, or payment processor delays).
